Booking Terms & Conditions
1. CANCELLATIONS; If guests cancel their booking and are not able to give more than 72 hours notice your deposit will be retained in full. If you wish to reschedule your booking and give more than 72 hours notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to this rescheduled date. 1a. Larger group bookings of 10+, the notice period for cancellations and booking adjustments increases to 7 days (168 hours). If guests cancel their booking and are not able to give more than 7 days notice your deposit will be retained in full 2. Confirming guest numbers, informing us of any changes in guest numbers regardless of how small, so we can accommodate changes in the event that confirmed numbers in your party reduce without at least 72 hours notice, Garrards reserves the right to forfeit guests deposits who fail to arrive 3. GARRARDS Brunch is time-limited to 90 minutes and last sitting is at 2.30pm This commences from the time of ordering. Each guest attending the 2:30pm sitting must order a drinks package. 4. You MUST order at least one main dish from the GARRARDS Brunch MENU and choose from a 125ml glass of Prosecco, a cocktail from our classic cocktails range (please ask your server for the options available) or from our range of soft drinks. 5. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. 6. Price is per person and drinks cannot be shared. 7. Full alcohol content (ABVs) and units can be found on our drinks menu or ask your server. 8. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times www.drinkaware.co.uk. 9. Management reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. 10. Alcohol served to over 18s only. Proof of ID may be required. 11. Service times may vary by business and are subject to licensing restrictions. 12. Damage; Garrards reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any damage caused to fixtures, fittings, glassware and crockery by any member of the party.
